isn't complete until you're satisfied. Although we're sure
you will be satisfied, in the event we
cannot meet your satisfaction, we'll remove the equipment
and you won't be charged anything.
New Life Communications, Inc. has a one-year parts and labor warranty on installed equipment, parts and workmanship. The warranty period starts at the completion of the installation.
The individual equipment manufacturers may have their own warranties which are longer than one year. If warranty service is required after the New Life Communications, Inc. one year warranty period has expired, any service labor, travel and shipping expenses incurred by New Life Communications, Inc. will be charged.
New Life Communications, Inc. will provide the necessary training on the equipment it installs. The length of the training is dependent on the complexity of the installed equipment. For example, a new mixer may require two to four hours depending on the skill set of the owner's operators/technicians. The training will usually be done at the conclusion of the installation at an agreed time arranged by New Life Communications, Inc. and its customer.
New Life Communications, Inc. will provide free telephone and email support for the life of the equipment and installation. Additional on-site training can be provided for future staff/new sound operators. Please call us for current rates.
